  After payment is confirmed, the orthodontic kit will be shipped to the affiliated clinic within 40 days. After that, you will visit the clinic for a fitting and receive the product.

  Delivery may be delayed due to manufacturing conditions and other factors. Please understand in advance.

  Please note that we are not able to pick up your order outside of the clinic.

• Special terms regarding returns and cancellations:

  As a rule, we do not accept returns or cancellations after purchase, so please consider your order carefully.

  However, refunds may be issued in any of the following cases

  1. If all of the following conditions are met

     • The mouthpiece no longer fits because the orthodontic treatment has not progressed according to the treatment plan.
     • The applicant has correctly informed us of the current situation and has proceeded with treatment in accordance with the treatment instructions given by our in-house physicians and affiliated physicians.
     • In-house and affiliated physicians have determined that it is difficult to proceed with the treatment.

     Even in the case of a refund response, the amount of the refund will depend on the progress of the treatment.
